Where do I find the set-up instruction?
Choose your tent and click on the PDF under "Set up".
I believe that I have a faulty product!
Any product that you feel is faulty must be returned to the dealer where it was purchased.
I bought my tent more than 3 years ago and need a replacement part! What do I do?
We do try to keep spare parts for tents a few years old – for price and availability please contact your local dealer.

I have damaged my tent and would like to get it repaired - what do I do?
We would recommend that you contact www.scottishmountaingear.com (In Holland: www.tentreparaties.nl) who are our specified repairers or your local dealer may also be able to provide with details of a local repair facility.
Can I get insurance for my tent?
You can get insurance for your tent and we would suggest contacting The Caravan and Camping Club, if you are a UK residence.
Should I pitch my tent before I go away?
Yes it is always advisable that you pitch your tent before going away just to ensure that you are comfortable with the way it pitches and packs away again.
Will I get condensation in my tent?
You will probably experience some condensation in your tent – this is a natural occurrence and should not be confused with the thought that your tent is leaking. Modern, fully sealed tents are more prone to the appearance of condensation as it can be seen more readily inside the tent.
