How can we help you with spare parts?

To help us expedite your request for spare parts as quickly and efficiently as possible we ask you supply the following.

For all tent spares: please provide the Barcode number (bar codes start 5 709 388 xxx xxx) or product number for your tent to ensure we send the correct parts for the specific model and year of production. These are located on the outside of the tent bag.

For poles and air tubes, please provide a detailed description of the parts required. We only need the colour code to determine the correct pole, but please identify the air tube by counting its position from the front of the tent.

We will reply as soon as possible with price and stock situation of the relevant part.
