Ordering:

If you order before 1PM we will ship your order the same day (working days)

You are able to have your the order delivered to your home address or a company address.

Delivery:

Delivery will be within 5 working days.

Orders up to 30 kg will be send with GLS / Parcel Force.

Orders above 30 kg will be send with DSV - delivery can take up to 8 working days.

When your order is packed and send from our warehouse we will send you an e-mail with invoice and tracking details.

In regards to orders above 30 kgs you will not receive a tracking number, but DSV will contact you by phone before delivery.

You are always able to see the freight costs in your basket.

Delivery times by country for parcels up to 30 kg:

1–2 working days: Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium

2–3 working days: France, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria

2–4 working days: Sweden

3–4 working days: Romania, Slovakia, Hungary

3–5 working days: United Kingdom, Finland, Italy

4–5 working days: Bulgaria, Ireland, Slovenia, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain

5–6 working days: Estonia, Croatia, Latvia
